Since Turner Contemporary was set up in 2001, the organisation has worked with some of the country’s most exciting contemporary artists, introduced new audiences to the work of young contemporary artists from around the world and developed a highly successful Learning Programme working with schools, colleges and community groups. Over the last 9 years, while plans for the new gallery have been developed, there have already been over 600,000 attendances at exhibitions in temporary spaces and in learning activities.
Whether you have an interest in developing new audiences for the visual arts, benefiting excluded and disadvantaged members of the community, commissioning contemporary artists or have a particular interest in strengthening cultural provision in Kent, your support for Turner Contemporary provides an opportunity to realise your own philanthropic ambitions and plans.
